Nicole Grimsdale is a professional food stylist & recipe developer. With a culinary background and experience in acclaimed restaurants in Melbourne and Manchester, Nicole brings her love of food to every shot and recipe she creates.
As a freelance stylist in the UK, Nicole collaborated with supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury, and The Co-operative. She was also a part of the team that created the Phaidon cookbook Sicily.
Later, in Australia, she served as a member of the culinary team at Simplot for over six years, where she developed recipes and styled for popular brands such as John West, Leggo's, Providore d'Italia, Edgell, and Birds Eye. After leaving Simplot, she has been working with brands like Black Swan, Maxwell Williams, Peters, Montague and more. She has also worked on editorial projects for Home Beautiful.
Nicole is currently based on the picturesque Bellarine Peninsula and is available for work in Melbourne and beyond.
